I have Eight years of professional experience. I worked with four prestigious financial Institutions, Future Generali India Life Insurance Company, Delhi as Branch Operation Executive. This includes handling over all branch operations related to new business, agency recruitment, customer servicing, banking and train sales team about documentations. In GE Capital I take care of SBI Credit card underwriting which means decision making of credit card approval or decline. As process specialist in XL Capital I use to monitor underwriting process, scheduling con-calls with underwriter and product manager to discuss process and maintaining records of each corporate client with respect to approvals, claims , servicing etc.  I was working as Assistant Manager with Incred Finance where my role was to process business loans, customer servicing, providing process training to new joiners, maintaining MIS and coordinating with different departments.
