I, Dr. Atul Kumar Singh, am writing to you because I would like to part of your MENTit program.
Currently, I am working as Senior Project Scientist in Central Research Facility, IIT-Delhi for establishing Central Research Facility (CRF), at IIT Delhi, Sonipat campus. This will be an international standard research facility, where high-end materials characterization instruments will be available for use of IIT Delhi community and colleges of Haryana. At the same campus, we have also established a technopark for start-up companies.
In brief, I am M. Tech. (Gold Medalist) in Biotechnology from RGPV, Bhopal, and Ph.D. from IIT Bombay. I was a DST INSPIRE fellow under the guidance of Prof. Jayesh Bellare in Centre for Research in Nanotechnology & Science (CRNTS) at Indian Institute of Technology Bombay, Mumbai, India. My Ph.D. topic is “Development and assessment of composite scaffolds, human allograft and anti-osteoporotic drug for bone reconstruction”. It is a cross-disciplinary work involving material science, physiochemical analysis, and application of different characterization/analytical tools for healthcare.
In the due course of my Ph.D., I have published 15 Research Article in various International Journals, as an editor 1 book (Springer), have earned 6 patents and working as an editor and reviewer of two journals, managing the various responsibilities therein.
