An experienced Information Technology executive in the Banking and Financial Services Industry, I have been in IT leadership roles, currently serving as Business Head at the Royal Bank of Scotland. I have been heading Investment and Retail Banking Business Units for the Royal Bank of Scotland, wherein I am responsible for defining the strategy and execution plans for leading and transforming business units, large delivery teams and strategic initiatives for an organisation.
 am now focusing my time on Coaching and Innovation. An advocate of continuous learning and in my stride to become "future ready", over the past 2 years, I have received Certifications in Design Thinking for Innovation, Managing the Company of the Future and Innovation Management from University of Virginia, London Business School and Erasmus University Rotterdam respectively, in addition to being a certified Life, Business and Executive Coach and a Corporate Director.
