I am a founder and CEO of an IT Start up company in public health and education in Africa. My bachelors degree is in Software Engineering and I have a Masters in Management all acquired in Swinburne University of Technology, Australia. I have successfully administered a number of projects with clients from different countries (Finland, UK, Malaysia, Korea and Indonesia) while working in Kuala Lumpur as an IT Project Manager. 

I have a high interest in identifying and articulating the need for using Information Technology to improve business processes but most especially to improve living conditions in my society. I have worked on projects in Africa, Nigeria with and NGO on that regards and currently running a start up company addressing:
1. Impact of ICT on education in management of public schools
2. Impact of ICT in reduction of maternal and child health related issues

 
I have a very strong entrepreneurial spirit especially towards social innovation. I founded "Datharm Ltd", a company passionate about development and utilization of ICT in our society especially in the field of Health and Education. We are currently working with our state government and other stakeholders to ease data collection and report generation by Monitoring and Evaluation officers for efficient and effective decision making that will strengthen the education management initiatives of the government.

Another area we are working on is public health and this was based on my previous experience working with NGOs  in  the  deployment of  Vaccine  Logistic Management  System  (LoMIS)  in  rural villages in northern Nigeria.  I was also In-charge of  the  quality  assurance  processes  and  activities  of  Ebola  Sense  App,  an award winning  mobile  software  application developed to help contain and monitor the Ebola outbreak in Nigeria.  

   
I have not formally done any mentoring but the nature of my work does require guidance to new employees, getting people on board, counseling, management and training on our product, projects and processes so I do have those skills.
