Being in a team means working together. The team members combine their individual efforts to achieve the same goal. That means that each and every member of the team needs to become one, their efforts should be one.

Every person has different talents and skills, and it is very important to combine them so as to work efficiently to achieve the outcome. It is very essential that every member of the team considers each other as one, but only that is how will be successful.

MARVEL: A GREAT EXAMPLE OF TEAMWORK-

There are so many times where we can see how good teamwork results in the achievement of great success. Marvel is one of them. It showcases a very good example of teamwork.

It is a much-loved series both as movies and as comics. There are so many superheroes that are a part of the great Marvel series. Everybody has watched the movies and knows how the series ends at Marvel's End Game. Though it is a series made for entertainment purposes, people can learn quite a few things from the series. The most important lesson is working together as one in a team.

The superheroes featured in Marvel like Iron man, Spiderman, Thor, Captain America, Captain Marvel, Black Widow and many more were a part of a team. A team where they all did their parts and united their efforts to help save the world. They not only value themselves and their own efforts but also value their team and the team’s efforts. That is one of the greatest lessons that anyone can learn from the Marvels.

The Avengers teach that when working in a team, each person should consider every team member as one. This implies that although every member works separately, their efforts should be united. Just like in the Avenger movies, each superhero had to deal with their own problems, they had to put in efforts themselves to help the world. But, at the end of the day, their efforts were all diverted into one cause only. That is exactly what teamwork means.

Each character in the movies had different powers and abilities. Their problems and villains were also very different. Sometimes some of the superheroes had to go to various parts of the world as well. Every character had a significant role in achieving victory.

It is very evident what the Avengers want to convey. It is better to be ‘One’ than one person working tirelessly. That implies that when a team is formed, each individual should consider the whole group as one rather than focusing on individual efforts. That is what guarantees favorable results for the whole team.

But it is not easy to place the group’s interests before their own. The team members need to trust each other to move forward. They need to keep their egos and personal purposes secondary.

Just like in the Avengers Iron Man had very different ideologies and his methods and techniques were very different as well. On the other hand, Captain America was very different from Iron Man. She had different ideologies than him. And making compromises was very difficult for both of them. Yet they did. That was because they knew that only when they team up and work together will they be able to win.

LEARNING-

For a team to become successful, they need to be ‘One’ first. The team members need to come together to achieve the results. It is obviously better if four people are working together for one cause, rather than one person working alone to achieve the results. That is exactly what the Marvel series depicts. To succeed as a team, all the team members need to become one.
